Coconuty Cauliflower Malai Curry





Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower - 1 Medium Size
2. Chili powder - 1 tsp
3. Cumin powder - 1 table spoon
4. Black Pepper powder - 1/2 table spoon
5. Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
6. Coconut milk ( thick ) - 1 cup
7. Coconut ( grated ) - 1/4 cup
8.Garam masala powder - 1/2 table spoon
9. Ginger - a small piece
10. Red chili- 2.
11. Coriander leaves for garnishing.
12. Salt - asper needed
13. Mustered Oil - asper needed

Recipe:
Mix cauliflower with salt and set aside for 15 minutes then Heat oil in a frying pan,then fry the cauliflower and set it aside. Next step peel skin of ginger, cut into pieces and grind to a paste with coconut, red chili. Then again heat some oil in a frying pan,then add chili powder, cumin powder, Black pepper powder, ground paste, turmeric powder and salt, then stir it for few minutes, then add the cauliflower into the pan, them put garam masala powder and stir till they are coated with masala. Finally add coconut milk, cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes and switch off Gas oven. Keep it in standard time for a while. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaved and serve it.

Note: if you want you can use other oil instead of mustered oil.
